Alright here I go, my first blog....Yup that's pretty much it for my big introduction I hope I captured your attention!
Our big trip is going to begin on August 2nd when I fly from Honolulu to Los Angeles, where I have a 17 hour layover! But not to worry, the layover was intentional. I scheduled my flight that way so that I could have one night to go out and see my California friends before heading south. So the real journey begins on the morning of August 3rd when I fly from Los Angeles to Panama City, Panama and then on to my final destination, Quito, Ecuador. Lyndsay on the other hand was able to swindle her mom out of her frequent flyer miles and buy herself a FIRST CLASS TICKET from Honolulu to Miami, FL and then the poor girl has to

So on the evening of August 3rd at about 11:40pm local time, a very well rested well fed Lyndsay and a stiff, hungry and grumpy Sean will be checking into the airport hotel with a couple of backpacks and no responsiblities for the next 4 months!
